Please describe in a few words what people will be able to see and/or do at your exhibit. Non-profits will be able to fund-raise as permitted by City Code. There will be no for-profit vendors, including sale of food, beverages, arts and crafts.
-
ALL EXHIBITORS DISPLAYING ON LAND MUST BRING A TENT, TABLE AND CHAIRS.
-
If your exhibit will extend beyond your tent, provide the length, width, and height of the display. Note: Certain larger structures may require a temporary structure permit from the City.
-
If you are registering a boat or other floating exhibit, please provide the LOA, beam and draft required.
-
-
NOTE: Registration does not automatically guarantee that we can accommodate your vessel. We will contact you directly to confirm.
-
If you have any special needs for your exhibit, please describe them here.
-
A Solicitors License from the City is REQUIRED if you plan to solicit donations (even a jar), sell raffle tickets, sell tickets for future events, accept fees for memberships, distribute literature or hold conversations that include instructions for making donations or purchases. In general, if money is going to change hands, even after the Fair, you will need a license.
